Industrial research

Recently, Athisa has expanded its line of research with the treatment of pharmaceutical drugs, through its participation in the CHEMOCLEAN-TECH project, together with OnGranada Tech City, the University of Granada and the company Nazaríes IT·

It is a project whose main objective is the development of a pilot, which allows to treat the residues of antineoplastic drugs, present in the urine / faeces of oncological patients treated in a ONCOLOGICAL DAY HOSPITAL, before its discharge to the wastewater system, and thus reduce the environmental impact of medical treatments in general and oncological treatments in particular.
